Order Online through My Health Online

My Health Online is a secured web applications provided by NHS Wales to help you order your repeat medication quickly. All your approved Repeat Medications are listed in your account to allow you to easily request the medication you need with just one tick. You will need an account with My Health Online to access the service.

2. Using our secured form

You can also use our secured form to request your approved repeat medication. You will however need to manually list all medications required, to include medication name, strength, and quantity, up to 16 items.

3. Call to order

Please call the repeat prescription ordering line on 01291 672633 (please select option 2) to request your repeat prescription. Please tell us which medications you require, the dosage / strength and quantity.
