Important Information – Dispensary Telephone Line Update

  • From 1st July 2025, our dispensary telephone line will no longer be in use. You can continue to order your medication using one of the following methods:
  • We require a minimum of 5 working days to process all prescription requests. Please remember this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

1. NHS App

Order repeat prescriptions quickly and securely through the NHS Wales App. You can also:

  • Book routine appointments

  • View parts of your medical record

To access the App, you must be aged 16 or over and have either:

  • A fully verified NHS Login, or

  • Valid photo ID to verify your identity

2. Prescription Reorder Form

Tick the items you need on your repeat prescription form and place it in the green mailbox located in the surgery lobby.

3. Secure Online Form

You can use our secure online form to request approved repeat medications. You will need to manually enter each item, including:

  • Medication name
  • Strength
  • Quantity

You can list up to 10 items per submission.
