Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for prescription requests to be processed. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

1. NHS Wales App 📱

Order repeat prescriptions quickly and securely through the NHS Wales App. You can also:

  • Book routine appointments
  • View parts of your medical record

To access the App, you must be aged 16 or over and have either:

  • A fully verified NHS Login, or
  • Valid photo ID to verify your identity

2. Prescription Reorder Form 📝

Tick the items you need on your repeat prescription form and place it in the green mailbox located in the surgery lobby.

3. Secure Online Form 💻

You can use our secure online form to request approved repeat medications.

You will need to manually enter each item including:

  • Medication name
  • Strength
  • Quantity

You can list up to 10 items per submission.

About Pharmacists 💊

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can offer advice and treatment for many common conditions through the Common Ailments Scheme.

They can help with minor illnesses such as:

  • Coughs
  • Colds
  • Sore throats
  • Tummy trouble
  • Aches and pains

Pharmacists can also advise on medicines that you can buy without a prescription.

Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends, and you do not need an appointment.
