Our receptionists are usually your first point of contact. They answer calls, greet patients at the desk, and support clinical staff. Sometimes you may be asked to wait while they assist another patient, but they will always do their best to help you as quickly as possible. Please remember their role can be demanding, and they work hard to support both patients and the practice.
