How to make an appointment
New: Contact us online with Accurx
You can now submit clinical and administrative queries online. It’s quick, secure and helps us direct your request to the right team.
Emergencies
Call 999 immediately if you have signs of a heart attack or stroke, severe breathing difficulty, heavy bleeding that won’t stop, or a severe injury.
Urgent medical problems
If your problem is urgent and cannot be managed by your pharmacy, NHS 111 or your optician, please telephone the surgery on 01291 672633. Give the call handler as many details as possible so the clinician can prioritise urgent problems.
For children under 16, please contact the surgery for advice between 8:00am and 6:30pm. If you are in any doubt about your child’s health, call us for advice.

Eye problems: Please contact a Monmouth optician first; they have the equipment to assess and treat acute eye conditions.
